Remarkable Achievements:   

• The project team “SPARK” of DKTE, has won ‘Gold Trophy’ of the ‘Mitsubishi Electric Cup-2019’ Competition conducted by Mitsubishi Electric, India held at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS) at Faridabad campus from 15th to 16th February 2019. It was Euphoric moment for students who grabbed first prize which includes a Cash Prize of Rs.1,00,000 ( OneLakh Rupees) along with sponsored Plant Visit to Mitsubishi Electric, Japan for the team of Students and Faculty.

• A project team CIRA of Electronics Department participated in the prestigious National Level Project Competition “5th MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CUP 2020” held at B.M.S. Engineering College, Bangalore on 13th -15th Feb 2020. The team has secured - All India 4th Rank in the competition.The Team has developed “IoT based Collaborative Industrial Robot Arm” for industrial application. 
  

• Best Degree Project- 1st Prize @ “DIPEX 2020” to DKTE Students

  A project group from Electronics Department secured the “Best Degree Project- 1st Prize” in Mechatronics in the prestigious State Level Project Competition “DIPEX 2020” held at Sagmeshwar College; Solapur dated 06th-09th March 2020. DIPEX is a state level exhibition cum competition of the working models prepared by engineering students in Maharashtra & Goa states.The Team has developed "IoT based Collaborative Industrial Robot Arm", which is cost effective system that saves quality time of operators thus improving system efficiency. 

• Our Team won best innovation award in National Electric cart championship 2k19  held at Bhopal.

• A project team (Team - “MARV”) of Electronics Department had participated in prestigious National Level Project Competition “3rd MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC CUP 2018” held at Nirma University, Ahmedabad on 15th -17th Feb 2018. The team has secured 12th rank in the competition. The Team has developed “SMART CONVEYOR SYSTEM” for quality control which is essential in manufacturing industries.  Team MARV also secured the First Prize in the prestigious State Level Project Competition “DIPEX” held at Walchand College of Engineering,Sangli dated 10th to 13th March 2018.

• The Team from our institute “DKTE DRIFTERS” has won the award of “BEST CAPTAIN” in the event of “Eco Kart-2018” held at Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The event took place from 24^th to 27^th March 2018. The team has received the Prize Money of Rs.10000, Trophy and Certificate

• DKTE students Win First Prize @ DIPEX - a State Level Project Exhibition cum Competition organized by Akhil Bhartiya Vidyarthi Parishad and Srijan held at Pune on 17th to 20thMarch 2017. The Prize-Winning Certificate, Trophy and Prize Money of Rs.5000 were handed over in the ceremony at the auspicious hands of Hon’ble Mr. Vinod Tawade, Minister of Higher & Technical Education, Maharashtra State.

• Mr. Neeraj Mahesh Vyas, a Final Year Electronics Engineering Student has been selected to pursue MS in “Robotics and Mechatronics” at North Carolina State University, USA (NCSU).

• Mr. Anirudha Aannasaheb Powadi, our Final Year Electronics Engineering Student has been selected to pursue MS in “Computer Engineering” at IOWA State University, Ames, USA

• Mr. Omkar Chavan from Final Year has shown remarkable performance in Swimming. He secured 1st  place in Spring Board at Inter Zonal Tournament, also member of winning team of relay. At state level Master’s competition, 2nd Rank in100m and 50m Butterfly, 3rd  Rank in 200m Freestyle and 100m Breaststroke

• Mr. Arijeet Swapnkumar Laga got selected for doing MS in Embedded system at Uppsala University, Sweden.
