GRIEVANCE CELL MEMBER INTERFACE
Director, All Deans, COE, Rector, Bus Incharge, Jimkhana Incharge, Complaints received from students will be directed to related cell members as per grievance type. In the interface, cell members can view the grievances posted by users. The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non-academic matter within the campus through the online grievance/ suggestion box. The institution aims at solving the grievances of the students within stipulated academic and non- academic matters within the campus through the online and grievance/ suggestion box. Objectives:
The Grievance Redressal Cell has been developed to settle the grievances of the students and other stakeholders within a reasonable time period for further strengthening the bond of the students with the institution by providing them with all kind of facilities to a satisfaction level for maintaining a convenient ambiance of academic teaching and learning.

Mechanism of the GRC:
1. Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) shall consider only individual grievances of specific nature of students and staff.
2. The Grievance Redressal Committee do not consider any grievance of general applicability or of collective nature of raised collectively by more than one employee/student.
3. Post receipt of the complaint/application the committee decides on the merit of case regarding scope of further discussion investigation and acts promptly.
4. The Grievance Redressal Committee may mediate between complaint and defendant against who the complaint has been made, if required.
5. Grievance Redressal Committee considers redressing of grievances within reasonable time.
6. The cell reports to the authority about the cases attended and seeks guidance from the higher authorities, if required.
Functions of the GRC:
To coordinate Student Section and Admission Committee to provide a mechanism to innocent students to prevent unfair practices in Admission procedure.
To coordinate with Student Section and solve complaints alleged discrimination of students from SC, ST, OBC, Women, Minority or disabled categories.
To coordinate with Controller of Examination regarding the transparency in conducting Exam procedure and to appoint a arbitrator so as to resolve the grievances regarding Examination & its functions.
To coordinate with external authorities regarding follow up of nonpayment or delay in payment of Scholarships to any student from appropriate Govt. Authority.
To monitor student amenities as may have been promised or required to be provided by Institution.
To help Institute to provide equality education to students as promised at the time of admission.
To coordinate with Internal Complaint Committee to avoide non transparent or unfair, evaluation practices and harassment victimization of students including Sexual Harassment.
To consider complaints regarding delay of fees, refund of fees and any other complaints about student fees.
To take any other required actions for redressel of Students grievances.
Scope :
The students may lodge grievances about any academic and non-academic matters related to -
Timely issue of duplicate Mark-sheets, Transfer Certificates, Conduct Certificates, or other examination and scholarship-related matters.
to dues and payments for various items from the library, hostels, and other financial matters.
certain misgivings about conditions of sanitation, preparation of food, availability of transport, victimization by teachers, and any other offensive activity.
