Photocopy Steps: (Photocopy can be applied only once)

  1. Download photocopy application form <<Click Here>>
  2. Fill all the details and get checked from CoE Office.
  3. Pay the prescribed fees at Account Section (Darbar Hall) and submit the filled photocopy application form along with payment receipt at CoE Office.

 

Revaluation Steps: (Revaluation can be applied only once)

  1. Open https://online.dkte.ac.in/newparents/ on any Web Browser.
  2. Login with correct credentials (PRN & Date of Birth).
  3. Press ‘Click here for Revaluation’
  4. Select type as ‘Revaluation’ & click on ‘Go’ button.
  5. Check all regular and backlog (if any) courses (subjects) appeared for Semester End Examination. (Contact immediate to CoE Office regarding any problem in courses without clicking on ‘Generate’ button).
  6. Select maximum 02 course/s (subjects) per semester for revaluation by selecting “Yes” button (slider).
  7. Select Mode of Payment as ‘Online’ and verify the revaluation ‘Amount’.
  8. Click on ‘Generate’ button. The popup message will appear.
  9. If all the details (courses & revaluation fees) are correct then click on ‘Ok’ button of popup message for confirmation.
  10. After clicking on ‘Ok’ button; it will redirect to ‘Exam Fee’ tab.
  11. If ‘Revaluation’ amount is correct, then click on ‘Pay Exam Form’ button; that will redirect you to next page showing student all details.
  12. Click on ‘Pay with Paytm’ button; that will open payment page.
  13. Pay ‘Revaluation Fee’ using any of the payment options available in payment page.
  14. After payment done successfully, the details of successful payment transaction will update on ‘Payment History’ page shown under ‘Exam Fee’ tab.

 

Note:

  • The facility of Paper Showing & Revaluation of Assessed Theory Answer Book/s is to be regarded as a special facility and not a right in the strict sense of the term.
  • College Identity Card is compulsory for Revaluation activities.
  • Application for Revaluation will not be accepted after the due date.
  • Paper Showing & Revaluation facility is not applicable for the course/s conducted through OnlineMode.
  • Student whose result was not declared, is not eligible for Paper Showing and Revaluation.
