- The Fashion Technology program belongs to one of the top autonomous engineering colleges in Maharashtra.
- Looking at the need of apparel and fashion industry, the institute took an initiative and started Fashion technology program in 2006 with intake of 30.

- The B.Tech (Fashion technology) programme prepares skilled students to be qualified for diverse work profiles available in the apparel-manufacturing and fashion sector.
- The programme curriculum aims to introduce different essential streams including apparel manufacturing technology, quality management, merchandising, marketing, designing, retailing etc.
- The programme introduces students to the fundamentals of production and management. Students also get knowledge about fibers, yarns, fabrics, trims and processing of textile and garments.
- Student gets hands on experience of designing, pattern making, production planning, merchandising, work study and quality control which provide essential operational knowledge relating to future work profiles.
