“Inauguration of “Electrical Engineering Student’s Association – ELESA”

Electrical Engineering Department inaugurated “Electrical Engineering Student’s Association – ELESA” on Saturday, 03/08/2019  the auspicious hands of Director, Prof. (Dr). P. V. Kadole. Prof.Dr. V. Jayashree, HOD of Elect. Engg. Dept.delivered welcome address where she gave information regarding various future plans of Electrical Engineering Department to make students professionally & ethically competent. DrP.V.Kadole appreciated the students for their right involvement and motivated them to actively participate further in academic as well as in co-curricular activities for their overall development. The function was coordinated by student advisor Prof. R. M. Malkar, ELESA, Student President Mr. Prajyot Patil, Vice President Miss. Mudhura Kulkarni and student members. The program was anchored by Mr.Ashutosh Dhavalshank.Miss. Amruta Khot proposed Vote of Thanks. Mr S.S.Kabra, Director, Greentech Engineering & Solution, Ichalkaranji was present on this occasion. All the SY Electrical Engineering students and all faculty & staff members attended this inauguration function. Program was concluded with Vande Mataram.

‘TRICAL- 2K21’

‘TRICAL- 2K21’- Institute Level Event on 27th March 2021. The Event inaugurated by Honourable Director of the Institute Prof. (Dr.) P.V. Kadole and HOD & Dean (Student/Infrastructure) Prof. (Dr.) R.N. Patil. The three-competition event was arranged in TRICAL 2K21-1. Troubleshooting, 2. Kon Banega Champion,3.The Millionaire; Total 162 Students Participated in the Institute.

A Workshop on “Opportunities in Solar Sector”

Electrical Engineering Department organized Half day Industrial Workshop on the topic “Opportunities in solar Sector” on 3rd August 2019 for students under ELESA activity. Industrial Expert, Mr. Shriram S. Kabra from - Greentech Engineering & Solutions shared knowledge on concepts of solar energy, methodology of generation and distribution. Also he highlighted on various opportunities in solar sector for electrical students. Prof.Dr. V. Jayashree delivered welcome address. The function was coordinated by ELESA incharge, Prof. R. M. Malkar, ELESA, student President Mr. Prajyot Patil, Vice President Miss. Mudhura Kulkarni and student members. All Electrical Engineering students and faculty attended this workshop.The program was anchored by Mr.Ashutosh Dhavalshank. Mr.Hrithik Gorad proposed Vote of Thanks. Program was concluded with Vande Mataram.

Workshop on ‘Freeware-Scilab Tool’ in Electrical Engineering

Electrical Engineering Department organized a Workshop on “Freeware-Scilab Tool” on Saturday 03/08/2019 for students under Electrical Engineering Students Association ELESA. Prof. P.M. Jadhav, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, introduced Sci-Lab Freeware alongwith hands on to the students. Also he highlighted on application of SCILAB as a software tool for electrical engineering students. Prof.Dr. V. Jayashree gave introductory note on the workshop. The function was coordinated by ELESA Incharge, Prof. R. M. Malkar. All Electrical Engineering students and faculty attended this workshop.

Electrical Engineering Department celebrated “Teachers Day” on Thursday 5th Sept 2019.This event was organized by ELESA. HoD - Prof.Dr. V. Jayashree gave motivational address regarding Teacher- student relation.The function was coordinated by student advisor Prof. R. M. Malkar, ELESA student President Mr. Prajyot Patil, Vice President Miss. Mudhura Kulkarni and student members. On this occasion, Prof. S.S. Magdum, Prof.V.B. Magdum, Prof. Mrs.P.R.Patil, Prof Mrs. N. Inauguration of "The Institution of Engineers (India)" – IEI Student Chapter of Electrical Engineering Department

The Institution of Engineers India, student chapterof Electrical Engineering Department was inaugurated on 21-9-2019 the auspicious hands of our Director Dr.P.V.Kadole, Chairman IEI Kolhapur Local Centre in the magnificent gathering of students and faculty. Starting with a briefing, President of Student Chapter of IEI, Mr. Yashodhan introduced the student committee and highlighted about institute level activity contest, followed by this was introduction of IEI, Electrical Engineering student chapter by Prof R.M. Malkar. Breif Review was carried out by HOD , Dr..V.Jayashree with a call to have overall development of students. Director, Dr.P.V.Kadole congratulated and appreciated the students for their dynamism and responsible act at second year level itself and inspired students with his valuable words.More than 132 participants from various branches were present in the inauguration. Inauguration ended with vote of thanks by Ms. Madhura Kulkarni.This activity was coordinated by Prof. R.M.Malkar.

Electrical Engineering Department of DKTE inaugurated IEI Students’ Chapter on Saturday 2st Sept 2019. On this occasion “All Round Skills 2K19” – a contest was organised under IEI student chapter of Electrical Engineering Department.DKTE Electrical IEI students’ chapter President Mr.Yashodhan Chafekar, Vice President Miss. Mudhura Kulkarni and student members organized this activity under the guidance of HOD Dr.Jayashree Madam and student chapter adviser Prof. R. M. Malkar. 132 students from various branches participated in the event, which was conducted in three rounds viz., G-Quiz, super grasper and surprise round. The first three winners were appreciated in the valedictory ceremony. The program was anchored by Miss.Deepashree Bedekar and Miss. Shourya Koli proposed Vote of Thanks.
